New Hot Water Tank Best plumber in Calgary, very nice and answered all my concerns. Installed new hot water tank, removed the old one, and updated my pipes. Great Price....Great service. Well, use them for all my plumbing and electrical issues. Thanks for the awesome price and service

Assistance Had an ongoing problem with a new furnace (not sold or installed by Pete the plumber)...Called Nathan, who had previously sold us a tank less water heater... He came over and looked at the installation and was able to offer some solutions.. if unable to rectify the problems I will have Pete install another furnace... Great service by the "Pete` group especially Nathan... Super customer service

Furnace Replacement Had two High Efficiency Furnaces installed by Pete the Plumber and I am very happy with the complete process from the initial quote, install and clean up after. Nathan was very professional and took the time to explain to me what was needed. He gave me a detailed printed quote, which was based on measurements he had taken on site. Plumbing work They did a fine job replacing a valve under my sink. The price wasn't rock bottom, but I haven't had any trouble with leaks two months later. I might use them again, but will get several quotes first.

Clearing plugged basement shower drain Called Pete the Plumber after basement shower drain plugged. Jay agreed to add my job to the end of his day and came out within 2 hours of my initial call. Customer service was wonderful. Jay was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. I also mentioned a slow-moving drain in main bathroom sink which Jay took care of as well. Job was really well done, completed within 3 hours of my initial call, with a very reasonable fee. Couldn't ask for better work quality and service.

Hot water tank replacement Our hot water tank was quite dated and was not supplying enough hot water, consequently it was time for a replacement. I typically review the BBB website for contractors that I may choose to use. Pete the Plumber was rated very highly and I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed. On call after hours service Just got off the phone with Zak with the on call service dept. at pete the plumber. I explained to him that his company installed our hwt a number of years ago and today, a day after our new furnace was installed, no more hot water! The company that installed the furnace yesterday suggested there was no way it was their fault, a coincidence they said. They further mentioned they would come out to check and that their would be an after hours (substantial) service fee for the visit. I declined and s... read more

hot water tank replacement From the first phone call to the showroom visit it was a pleasure dealing with real professionals who knew the products and my personal requirements. Taylor showed up on time (which was quite a feat given the road conditions and me living 75 kilometres from their location ) the installation was done without an issue and Taylor cleaned up and even registered the tank for warranty.
