Replace kitchen faucet and toilet in basement After booking this request with a different plumber that didn't show and didn't call, I booked with Pete the Plumber. They were able to come same week, gave a time window of when they would arrived and called to say they were on the way. The job took only one hour and the plumber cleaned up after his work and double checked everything before leaving. The rate is reasonable. I am very pleased with the experience and will use Pete the Plumber the next time I need work done.

Hot Water Tank Replacement I'd like to thank Pete the Plumbers guy Stewart. We had a issue with our hot water tank on a Saturday, late in the day. It needed replacing. Called Pete and within the time frame specified Stewart was there. Replaced tank. Charged price quoted. Left place neat and tidy. Excellent service.

Hot water tank replacement Young Plumber did this work, very efficiently and fairly quick. Cleaned up behind him and we were very satisfied with the work. Just a word about Pete himself.....we have talked to him and he was very open and obliging in our conversation. Pleasure to deal with Pete the Plumber!

Awful customer service I used this company a few years ago, the service was good. But unfortunately the recent service was awful. The service manger Jackie tried to charge customer as mush as she can. Watch you invoice carefully before you pay. And the way she dealt with customers is very rude. We I discuss with her about the issue on the phone, She said "I want you to call back with you credit card information by today" ," I am not willing to correct the invoice whether is correct or not, as I am the owner!" Burst Water Lines kitchen Sink Arrived home today to find the water lines under the kitchen sink spewing water. Tried to shut off the water valves under the sink, but one was stuck. Was able to shut the main valve to the house off. Jason came to my rescue. Sent me to buy taps while he made the necessary repairs. He was very friendly, professional, thorough, and patiently answered all of my questions. Would not hesitate to call them again. So relieved to have our water back on and love my new faucet!!

Water Pipe Leak The person who came was very personable and pleasant. He fixed it very quickly and the cost was below what I thought it would be. It was a great experience all the way around!

Plugged bathroom sink drain Bathroom sink drain became plugged and would not respond to any store bought products. I called Pete the Plumber and two young guys, Adam and Dallas came out to work on sink. They were great workers and very "people friendly", which is greatly appreciated by myself. Problem was fixed in short order. I will gladly use Pete the Plumber for any future plumbing needs.
