RecommendedLove the Augusta Petco! I go here to get fish for my aquarium at home and work. The lady who works in the fish department is always helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she asks questions to make sure that the fish being bought are going to be in the correct tank size and have compatible tank mates. She is a fish hobbyist herself and can tell you anything you want to know!
I love the way they cut Duke’s hair...but We had him scheduled for a haircut on 1/31/21. He was then scheduled to get neutered on the 1/28/21... so I rescheduled his appointment on 1/4/21. They rescheduled for tomorrow 1/24/21. Today, 1/23/21 at 4:00pm we get a call that the appt. is canceled because the girls wasn’t working?!? Not only that, they are booked out 3 weeks. Ugh. So frustrating!!! I would see if the reschedule was done last minute, not 2 weeks ago.
groomer didn't listen.they dont work well with anxious dogs. Manager obviously knows more about anxiety dogmeds then our vet...really .....

Shopping online to see what I need before I go into the store to get what I need and get out (due to pandemic) . Their specific location offered buy one get one half off dog collars and because I went into the store instead of doing curbside they said they couldn’t honor the price difference as promised on their personal store page. Nowhere did it say this was an online only special. I was in petco last night there were no visible signs saying they are not accepting refunds currently supposedly due to covid. I purchased birds THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT IF THEY TOLD ME OF THE NO RETURN POLICY. They NEVER explained their wings were cut so short that they couldn't fly up to the perch. They are stuck on the bottom of the cage and my dogs are harassing them as they are eye level with the them. They even sent me info about care sheets WHICH NEVER SAID anything about there not being returns currently.
