I recently placed an order online which was supposed to be overnight shipping. After not receiving it 3 days later I called to cancel it and was told that it would be canceled and my money refunded. I then got an email saying it could not be canceled because it was from a third party vendor. I called again and was told that it would be canceled and then got the same email. absolutely disgusting how they just treated me and my family. we have had to return several fish because they keep dying within 24 hours of us bringing them home. petco is KNOWN for their fish dying . not only that if you go into that store right this second you will see at minimum one dead fish in every tank that has fish in them. they acted like we are killing the fish on purpose. we just wanted a fish that isnt dead. we have two 10 gallon tanks. and a 40 gallon tanks. and two 2 gallon tanks. they are extremely rude and iv... read more
RecommendedI am VERY impressed with the grooming ladies!! They were so amazing to my sweet Loretta tonight. I brought her in for just a bath, and she came out looking amazing. Clean ears & soft paw pads too. She was matted and now she’s the fluffiest she’s ever been! They took their time with her, never rushed. We will definitely be back when she’s ready for a groom!
RecommendedMy go-to place! Karli has made our lives much more better by training and taking care of our new pup. She is fantastic, funny and extremely knowledgeable! And to say that she is EXTRAORDINARY with dogs is just an understament. The staff is always kind and helpful, and go the extra-mile to make sure you get what you need. I like going to my petco almost as much as I like to go to target! 🤣
RecommendedI took my dog Hunter there yesterday for his first grooming. He is an Irish Cream Golden Retriever, almost 1-1/2 years old. He needed a bath, nails trimmed, brushing, a few mats removed and hair cut out around the pads of his feet. Meagan did his grooming and she did a BEAUTIFUL job! She used whitening shampoo, so he looks white as snow (almost), the pads of his feet are free of hair (no more snow balls in the house & risk of frost bite for dear Hunter)! She also clipped his nails! GREAT JOB MEAGAN!!! Thank You😀😀🌺🎈🌷
I had quite an experience today with a certain individual at the groomers. I had called and asked if they had any opening just for a dog bath today, and to my surprise they had an 11:30. I had called around 10:30 that morning and for most people, that is totally doable, however I have an 8 month old baby, and I’m doing virtual learning for with my 10 year old. The stylists there have no idea what they’re doing. I stood there for 20 minutes getting checked in, they asked me to leave the room because a customer walked in and wanted to “ask a question” in the middle of my check in, so because she interrupted me and I had to leave the room???
