I just saw this lady (Courtney) kick this dog! Not like a tap, but a serious kick!!! I went to Petco to inquire about her name and then to CoffeeBean to take her picture. She shouldn’t be allowed to work there if she can’t handle other peoples pets!!! I hope you can gather evidence from the surrounding cameras. This is unacceptable!!!

I was literally chased around and yelled at by Bethany for not having a mask on. I put one on because she was screaming and making such a scene, then she ran up to the register and said I “was not allowed to check out because I wasn’t listening.” And that I “needed to leave.” I left and came back, this time wearing a mask so that I could get my dog his toy. 3 other people were complaining that they had been harassed by Bethany as well. I went in to have my dog's nails trimmed, this takes about 10 minutes to do. So in the past I have had no issues with being turned away due to lack of staffing, dog adoptions taking place, or being at capacity in the groomers but this was different. Today I went in and the woman behind the groomers counter advised me that I now need an appointment due to COVID, this is news to me.
