RecommendedI love my groomer Alison!! She is amazing!!
Went in several times to buy fish and anemones and each time we go in nothing is priced right. Went to get a $15 anemone and they tried charging $45 because they ordered it under a certain name and had to advertise it and sell as “said” anemone, even though they admitted that it was labeled wrong. The manager of the salt water area is very attached to her anemones and refuses to sell what’s supposed to be for sale. Seems like sales depend on the mood of the manager.
Would not recommend. My dog and I were banned from this Petco because I informed them that they had a grooming employee that was fired from another local doggie daycare/groomer for abusing a dog. I guess they care more about abusive employees than longtime paying customers.
Petco has cancelled my shipment twice. I’m still waiting for my money to be refunded back to my account. The first time I had to call customer service to find out where the first shipment was. The csr rep I spoke to apologized and told me they they could ship again. I explained that I was traveling and it would be better to cancel but he assured me that he could have the items overnighted. RecommendedRoseville manager is a sweet angel. Best store.
Not a friendly location 2/2 times I went. Neither employee wanted to be bothered, and when asked what I needed, the male employee exasperated, "I just put all of that away," and mumbled as he gathered my items. The cashier wasn't much better. The time before, there were 3 people and the environment was very heavy and brooding. I think I was shorted fish and crickets each time, but not exactly sure, as I didn't count them before I added to my tanks. Won't return. 1/29/2021, 6:45pm
Replace current staff of unskilled unprofessional groomers
I got asked how big a tank I was putting a .36 cent goldfish in. Then got told they can't sell a .36 fish to less than 30 gallons per fish. Most ridiculous and stupid shopping experience I've ever had.
lost 12 fish. petsmart and petco use the same distributor we also spoke to him to confirm this. he said the fish should and need to be quartined before sales. petsmart confirmed they did. we bought fish before we knew this and all 12 died over 9 hour period.... they suffered and died... cause they were sick our ph is 7.5 the tank was perfect no other fish it was ready for new fish we floated the fish added new tank water to the bag and let em float bait more and then let em in about 15 mins later.. my glofish and loach died ... read more
