Don’t let people order items for same day delivery that you don’t have in stock. Online ordering that doesn’t have “real time” information regarding what is actually available is completely useless. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I'll start by saying that our local Market Basket grocery store carries the Iams Perfect Portions 12-Packs for $9.99 as a regular price. Unfortunately, they ran out when we were nearly out of it at home, and they were also out of it at another nearby reputable pet store, so we opted to place an order for it via the Petco website, even though it was going to cost us an extra $2 per 12-pack (we ordered four). This is the first negative review I’ve ever felt compelled to write, simply to warn that the vet in this location, Dr. Rice, is very passive-aggressive, rude and uncomfortable around intact pets. My pup, who is three years old and loves people (he loves the attention and wants to be friends with everyone) was called aggressive ten minutes into the visit, and because I wasn’t allowed back with him I quickly came to the conclusion that it was due to how he was being handled by her.
