I showed the doctor on 11 sept ..on 14 sept I wanted to show the reports and they asked for extra charges because I did not get the testing done which was expensive in their clinic in compare to other hospitals.. .No clinic in Kolkata charges extra money to show reports within 2 days . Complete dacoits ..
After undergoing and paying for all tests, the followup appointment is given after 14 days and the lady scheduling the appointment was rude and also told me i would have to pay for the follow up appt even though it was only for showing the reports!! Very high handed attitute by the employees
I would like to express my deep disappointment with the overall management and appointment-handling process at Petals Clinic. Dr. Smita Gutgutiya is an exceptional doctor with immense knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, the quality of care and excellence she provides is being severely undermined by the team managing the appointment desk.
