I would like to express my deep disappointment with the overall management and appointment-handling process at Petals Clinic. Dr. Smita Gutgutiya is an exceptional doctor with immense knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, the quality of care and excellence she provides is being severely undermined by the team managing the appointment desk. Earlier my experience at the clinic was great, they were prompt with their response and good service but lately my experience has been very bad! The washrooms are very dirty and smelly, they have changed their clinic number multiple times, no one answer’s calls properly for appointment timing it is very difficult for an expectant mother to navigate all this.
Staff is good. But time management is abysmal. Pregnant woman end up sitting on average dor 2 hours waiting. They give the same time to many people and make everyone wait. Female radiologist was not confident with her work. Staff and doctors are nice. Clean surrounding
Recently we have performed USG at this centre (the centre has moved to CMC), and we had a bad experience. They took more than 6 hours to complete the test, that means the pregnant lady has to bear all the pain of waiting for more than 6 hours - this is absurd. The receptionists and other members are least bothered about the pregnant lady's discomfort.
