Purchased flowers to be delivered as a birthday gift. They never arrived, and despite repeated emails to Terry asking for assistance, no resolution or refund was reached.

I wanted to say how pleased I was with the flower arrangement I ordered for my fathers funeral. They were absolutely beautiful, I could not have asked for more. They were well priced, fresh and perfectly arranged. Thank you from all the Spicer family in Bristol and Devon.
Petals provided the most wonderful remembrance bouquets of flowers for the funeral of a very close family member. They were admired by all who attended and were absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
