Very relieved to have found PetAir! Moving our cat has—surprisingly—been the most challenging and stressful aspect of our entire move. Clare and the team made it as simple as possible for us, and I felt very reassured by their professionalism and confidence. They answered my many questions and took care of all the difficult aspects. We contacted pet air close to a month prior to departure as we were leaving the country somewhat unexpectedly. At first the communication was good but after multiple weeks they decided to wait until 6 days before departure to inform us that they where at capacity for the day we travel and wouldn’t be able to help us, this should have been stated on day one

Victoria and the entire PetAirUK team did such a great job with transporting my cat Maui from London to Hong Kong!! 🩷 Everyone from Mandy to Victoria and Sharon to Maui’s driver Rosie and the driver who checked in Maui to Cathay Pacific were amazing! And the cattery team too 🥹 I was extremely worried about Maui because he has feline Asthma, but how knowledgeable and on-top-of-it everyone was really made me feel reassured! I wish 0 was an option. After months of preparing for the move, with 6days until our travel Pet Air informed us that they could not complete the Gold Service. To match this failure their sympathy in the position they had put us in was just as poor. Thankfully I managed to find an alternative company who could deliver and gave an incredible service and communication, Pet Air continued to make the refund of the money very slow and difficult along with a charge for their failed admin which left us in the position.
