I highly recommend this company. I was relocating to Dubai in April and they were absolutely amazing. I was petrified to move my 2 cats and they made sure that all it’s done from pick up to drop off to my new flat. They were constantly updating me about my cats and how they are doing. In relation to admin all I had to do it was making sure my pets have all necessary vaccinations and they handled the rest. We used PetAir to move our dog from the UK to Australia, and they were absolutely amazing. We could not have done it without them. Corinne was fantastic in the initial stages answering our million questions and then Emma, our move consultant, really carried us through the whole process. She was so thorough and efficient, and ensured everything went through smoothly. Thank you so much to the whole team - we would 100% recommend PetAir!

Outstanding service at a reasonable price. A company generally wanting pets to relocate with their owners. Cats arrived in Asia safely and happy Customer service was amazing and the staff were extremely patient with my anxiety of transporting my cats! Thank you! Will definitely recommend!

My experience with PetAir UK started very nice as they were very friendly, attentive and fast with responses. However at the end I was very disappointed. My dogs flight with aircanada was delayed for about 4 hours and while I was panicking and tried to navigate the situation as I landed myself PerAir notified me that due to late arrival (2:30pm) and since they’re normal services was offered till 1pm I have to pay an extra £200 to be able to clear my dog.
