This clinic uses a scheduling system that they don’t bother to follow. I had a 10:30am appointment but ended up waiting for over an hour without being accommodated, and it’s not like the place was full. There were only three pets when we arrived. If you value your time or basic professionalism, look elsewhere. What’s the point of accepting appointments if you don’t have the staff or discipline to honor them?
