Let me start off by saying, this is one horrible place to go. I love the idea of being able to interact with the animals but this store has the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever come across. Never once been asked if I needed help while there, I've been very rudely talked down to by the associates there. The cages are filthy everytime I've been beside when they first opened. I decided to take the plunge and try out the salt water fish at PetPro. The employees were helpful, even to ask me for my phone number for the warranty on the fish. One died of ICK within 2 days, the other after 5 days. I spent $120 on said fish. I called to see what time they closed and to double check on my warranty for my marine fish. The employee told me they were open for 30 more minutes and that I had to produce a body, so I got out a hose and moved all the rocks in my 180 gallon tank to produce a body. We have been doing business here for over a year since we bought our scarlet macaw from them. We buy all of our bird supplies from there as well as our fish and aquarium supplies. Tim, Jennifer, Jenn, Caleb, John, Taylor - you guys are awesome!

I took my dog in yesterday to the groomers for a bath and his teeth to be brushed but wasn't impressed with how clean he came home :(. He still had a lot of gunk in his ears and whatever they use to bathe them in isn't very strong smelling. It smelled just as if I would have given him a bath at home. After petting him on certain spots my hands smelled funky like his dirty skin. He has skin allergies so scratches a lot but at other groomers he would come home smelling so fresh and it lasts for weeks. My dog is an inside dog. ... read more

Spent a lot of time walking around before I was offered any help. Then after getting one question out the employee took off. The tanks were in pretty rough shape. Mandarins are dragonets, not gobies. They had a decent selection of fresh water fish unless you want African cichlids that aren't the common dime a dozen mbunas. Yellow tail acei are not aulnacora/peacocks.

Over the last week, my boyfriend and I have come into Pet Pro several times looking at a specific Meller's chameleon we were wanting to buy. We haven't had the best service with one of their male employees with the gauges in his ears before when he has talked down to me and had us move out of the way when looking at an animal.
