Terrible! The Broken Arrow location does not have a phone number anywhere. The Tulsa location's phone number is disconnected. I go to the Broken Arrow location at 7:40 on a Wednesday, the business hours sign says open until 8:00pm. There's a taped note on the door that says "Be back is 10-15 minutes!" Who knows when it was posted but it's now 8pm, I've been waiting for 20 minutes and there still isn't an employee. If that note is from another day, then WOW-terrible customer service. We have gotten our best fish from here. Very satisfied with out shark and Sting ray
The first and only time I came into this nightmare of a store, the tanks and cages were CRAMMED with animals. Several of the enclosures housed 2 or more species. My fiancee and I also heard animals in the back rooms crying nonstop, from the sales floor. Many of the rodents looked weak and ill... Everything was filthy and disorganized. I honestly can't believe this place is still open.
Had a great time. Thanks for taking time with my family. Bought a beautiful Trick ball python! Next time we are in town from Kansas City we will definitely be coming back!!
I adjusted my rating. What started out as a 5, has turned into a 1. Since they’ve opened my boyfriend and I have purchased 5 snakes from there at different times and currently only have 1 still living. My boyfriend is very experienced in caring for snakes and the only conclusion we’ve been able to come to is that they were highly unhealthy when we purchased them from Petpro. We’ve grown very tired of getting attached to our reptiles and then having them die for no reason. We won’t be shopping here anymore.
