this place should be shut down till they can learn how to maintain their aquariums. Beyond disgusting and just lazy the conditions of these aquariums.
So this is the only place in town I can get my dogs food because we use FROMM. The last several times I've gone into the Broken Arrow store they've been out. Had to go almost 10 miles out of my way this morning to Memorial. When I asked the 2 girls who were working this morning (around 11:30-11:45) if there was a reason the BA store couldn't get this dog food in stock she answered "because no one has bothered to take it over there". been trying to contact on here for a few days now. have made a few purchases from their store. was just recently in there this past weekend. reptile enclosures were full of dead crickets, brown water, and shit. bought a tokay gecko beginning of the month. they said there are two in there. i was going to purchase both, only bought one because the one it was being housed with was dead as fuck. they literally said "i dont think youll want the other one" ha they dont have time to reply to customers messages/question or clean enc... read more
Was in today to look around and was very disgusted and was very sad to see how aweful the cages, fish tanks were just absolutely terrible, very disorganized, very poor husbandry. I used to love coming here and sad to see this place the way it's become. It could be so much better. Owners should contact me i have a proposition.
I had to adjust my rating here because I've gotten dissatisfied with this store. Originally was a great store, but had gone down hill over the past years. Recently it has gotten worse. Most of their animals seem in decent condition but I've noticed more and more issues. Sick animals left on the sales floor, dead fish left in tanks and containers. Piles of poo in cages.
