We've been in there a few times. The first time we just walked around and thought it was an ok place but the more we visited and looked we realized how bad this place was. We asked about a spider and were completely misinformed (we already knew the answer from experience keeping them but wanted to see what the staff could tell us about it). Way friendly and happy! My go-to place for pets. A lot better atmosphere and quality in pets than some other places I won't mention. 😉

The girl that works there was so friendly! I told her that the guinea pig would be in the box for a couple hours before it made it to its new home. She was so great, she made up a little box for it and tied up a water bottle to the side. Totally above and beyond. We'll go there from now on for our pet needs!
