I went here for the first time today to pick up Zignature dog food. (One of the only 2 places that carry it in the Tulsa area!!) The lovely owner allowed a price match on it for me, which in turn allowed me to take my business there! (I'm a broke, single mom. Money is tight lol.) The carts weren't big enough to put my son's car seat into, so I carried the bag of food, but the lovely cashier carried it to my car for me! (He was a really nice guy too!) I took my dog to pet pro grooming she need a hair cut when i got her back she look so cute! I told the staff thanks i show the pictures to them i was happy that was on my b-day September 16 :) i will still go there for everything now

Do not use their groomer! I dropped my 5lb morkie off at 9am and was told they would get to her soon and call when she was done...12:30 comes and I walk back there to nobody working the grooming area and my little dog in a crate full of urine. She hadn't even been started with her groom and was the only dog back there! When I finally found someone they proceed to tell me it will be another hour and 30 mins AT LEAST! Sells birds that they say are weaned, and that are starting to eat seed. This is my bird that just recently died. If they were totally weaned, then why did Pet Pro post pictures of the birds being fed? We called the Manager or owner, not sure which he is, and he told us he would check with the person he purchased the bird from, then he would call us back. Guess what? Was very impressed with the selection of treats and food... even had the brand of dog food I was needing. People were very nice and prices were very fair for the food I was purchasing!
