I just called to ask about something my little pup ingested, and the consultant I spoke to, Michelle, was kind, helpful, professional, and empathetic. Google only gets you so far, and when you’re worried about a specific food or substance your pet came into contact with that could potentially kill them, the $59 fee is a teeny price to pay for quick, accurate, and clear information. What an incredible service for our four-legged family members. Thank you for existing. And thank you, Michelle — you’re amazing!
What an incredible resource! Hopefully you'll never need their help, but every pet parent or sitter should have the number in their phone. The comprehensive care and information we received when a family member's pups ingested a sitter's pills and supplements was invaluable - absolutely amazing!
