you are not a "helpline" if you charge people who are trying to figure out if they need to take action. does CPS charge fees? does the actual poison control for people charge fees? if you call 911 is there a fee? no. you can have as many certified people as you'd like. this is a scam and you provide about as much information as I could find on Google. absolute trash.
