i called in a panic as recommended by my vet. charged my card then stated to go to emergency care, however their system was down so couldn't give me a case number . $59 to tell me to go to ER and not get what I paid you for?? disputing the charge . useless
RecommendedI am a Veterinarian and needed to call this evening when my own dog possibly ingested xylatol. The Dr. was so helpful and able to find the amount of toxin included in the product (which I had tried searching for and couldn't find!) and reassured me that if he did ingest it, it was below the toxic amount. So thankful to have this helpful resource for my patients and my own pup!!❤🐶 They deserve to be paid for their time, expertise, and information!
Great information at your fingertips
Absolutely despicable and predatory business racket, I am shocked this company exists. My dog has permanent nerve damage now from having to wait over 40 mins on hold in the ER waiting room for this company's confirmation number before she can receive treatment and then having the technician incorrectly advise the ER vet which further delayed the correct treatment. My dog is having tremors in my arms and the technician is telling me she's fine. THIS SERVICE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
Actually care about pets instead of their $60 fee
Waste of time and money. Was on hold for 30 minutes after giving them my CC-of course. Valuable time that could have been driving dog to vet. Gal we talked to didn’t even listen to what were saying our dog ingested. I found more information online quicker than it took for her to come back from hold to say take the dog to emergency vet. Not sure I trusted her judgement to tell the vet to induce vomiting. Very disappointing-will definitely be spreading the word to local Vet offices to NOT recommend this number to anyone! So many people decorate with lilys and ponsitas, let thier animals chew on them in belief that they must be having a stomach ache due to human food. I would never had known better on so many things if not for these type websites. Thank you.
