organization if so bad. They have no idea how to handle a pet parent who is panicking. My pup ingested raisings. They DID NOT tell me that raisins take a will to hit the blood stream. Their recorded message is too long, they put you on hold, and their message is very misleading. They would not take any responsibility for how they handles their service and how to treat a pet parent.
