We dropped our dog Echo off last Friday and she had a ball! Immediately her tail began wagging which let me know that she felt safe. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. We definitely recommend Pet Paradise Matthews, NC and will be repeat customers.

I love this place! The tour was great. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. I left my 9-month-old Havanese there for a day visit and he absolutely loved it. I can't wait to take him back!

I always hate leaving our animals when we go out of town. They were so loved and taken care of it makes it a little easier when we leave them here. And the take home bath was awesome to pick up Rocky and he was so clean.
I love Pet Paradise in Matthews! They are the most caring staff! Leaving my cats with them is like leaving them with a family member. I am confident that they will be cared for and loved, just like at home! If you need to leave your pet(family member) I recommend Pet Paradise!
