Our little Annabelle was taken care by the staff at Pets Paradise for 6 days. I was apprehensive but her get acquainted day went well. I missed her terribly but i knew she was being loved. She had ice cream, went swimming & met a new friend... Luna. They sent a photo of her when I asked which I really appreciated. They posted pictures of Annabelle on their Facebook page. I am so grateful to know she will be wonderfully cared for the next time I need to go away. Thank you all at Pet Paradise!!!!
We love this facility! It's clean, the employees are fabulous and they really care about making your pet feel welcome. Our dog absolutely loves going to day camp and boarding. Would recommend them again and again!
I've never worked with a team that is so passionate about what they do every day. I love everything about working here and the new faces we get to greet weekly. The joy and effort the staff shows every dog when they come in is awesome and even in difficult scenarios they always put the dogs first, it's inspiring and I am truest grateful to work with such genuine individuals.
Ryder always has a great time and is wore out when I pick him up! He loves making new friends!! The staff is wonderful! Highly recommended!
I wish I could give this place more stars! I've been taking my dog Beanz to Pet Paradise Matthews for the past year now. Last year when I moved out to matthews for graduate school I needed a place to keep my dog while I was away during the day. I couldn't have found a better place. I just rescued my red nose pit puppy named Maggie. We had a weekend trip planned before we met her, so we needed a place to board her immediately. Pet paradise at Matthews was one of the few places that would take her due to her not being spayed. We were unsure of how she was going to do with other dogs but pet paradise told us they would handle it. We received a report card of how Maggie did while we were gone and she did great!
