the staff at pet paradise are awesome with our senior boy and super caring. would recommend to any one looking for a daycare for their pup!
We dropped off our cocker spaniel Finn and our red nose pit Maggie while we enjoyed our honeymoon in Barbados. My parents picked up Finn early and we were so happy to hear that Finn had such a good time! He received a bath and his coat looks so wavy and clean! It was nice to hear that Maggie was also enjoying her self too through the report card sent home! Thanks Pet Paradise!
Our dogs love visiting, playtime and ice cream! The staff is very sweet and playful with our dogs. We can see them remotely with the remote view.
I just relocated to Charlotte and needed a place for my 8 year old black lab while the movers came and Pet Paradise lovingly accepted it and he had a great day and made friends. They were sensitive and aware that this was a new setting for him and allowed him to join at his own pace. Thank you so much

The presidential suite definitely gave me a sense of relief with the ability to watch them, since I’m a helicopter parent and all. :) PPR Matthews will definitely be seeing us again! ❤️
Our big boy is 2. He’s been going here since he was 4 months old. They are amazing! The dogs get plenty of playtime, they are treated so well. Our guy jumps out of the car each morning, so excited to go in. They greet him with a great big smile and a hug. He’s exhausted when we get home. I feel more than comfortable bringing him here each day.
Maverick loves to go here. They give each dog special individualized attention. Lots of fun activities.Rest time and play time are balanced through the day.
Our dog Ellie loves to play with other dogs and she gets so excited every time we walk in the door at Pet Paradise in Matthews. The people are always so kind to her and they treat her as one of their own. Ellie's excitement tells me all I need to know about how much she loves staying at Pet Paradise.
