Unfortunately Emma didn’t get the play experience we were hoping for. I had trusted that she would be out playing with others during the half day she was there. Unfortunately she didn’t get any. She was in the crate in the back for 3.5 hours. How do I know this? I had suspicions because of other reviews. So I watch s the webcam the entire time. She was never seen out playing in any of the areas.

Very upset. I took my doodle today and was promised a phone call if she needed shaving. Did not get one yet they still shaved her. I even checked in and reminded them I wanted to be notified. I will not return, that’s for sure!

Karla the groomer is absolutely horrible & rude she needs to be fired! Do not let your furr babies get groomed by her. She didn’t do what she promised she took it into her own hands to shave my baby & she cut her making her bleed. So unprofessional and trashy!

RecommendedI take my sister to this store all the time. She has lung cancer and they never fail to ask her how she is. They also go out of their way to help you with everything. They have the best employee named Carol and she is great. Her and the owner never fail to welcome people to the store. I could go on and on about this store but I need to hush. Lol
