Unfortunately Emma didn’t get the play experience we were hoping for. I had trusted that she would be out playing with others during the half day she was there. Unfortunately she didn’t get any. She was in the crate in the back for 3.5 hours. How do I know this? I had suspicions because of other reviews. So I watch s the webcam the entire time. She was never seen out playing in any of the areas.

Very upset. I took my doodle today and was promised a phone call if she needed shaving. Did not get one yet they still shaved her. I even checked in and reminded them I wanted to be notified. I will not return, that’s for sure!

RecommendedAbsolutely awesome! Our 3 scotties were welcomed and so well looked after for the week that we were away, and came home happy, healthy and excellently cared-for. MANY THANKS to the staff for the love and attention they showed our pups, and for the regular reports and photos! We will be back xxx

Pet Paradise in Matthews is a Life saver. They provide the utmost care for your Fur babies... The activities and the interaction is so positive our Sir Kane & Lady Madison comes home mellow and calm, which is a Blessing because they are 2 Giant doggies Great Dane and Masstiff. So, I appreciate each staff and management. We also to advantage of their Veterinary care at the facility. Lady Madison needed her yearly vaccine and Pet Paradise was on point "Thank You".
