This our first time to ever board our dog Martin and I am so glad we found Pet Paradise in Matthews! The staff was AMAZING!! So friendly and really made me feel like Martin was going to be in excellent hands! Martin is an extremely active dog and they made sure he got the play time he needed and he was asleep after just a few minutes in the car on the ride home! Martin will definitely go back to "overnight camp" at Pet Paradise!!
I have used Pet Paradise for about 2 years now. They have been wonderful and very patient with me when I have needed to make adjustments. I'm one of those nervous moms when it comes to leaving them with someone else. They are always so nice with giving me updates when I need it. Chris is amazing with them! I still get a little nervous but not so much now! My babies seem to enjoy it as well. I'm very thankful to not have to worry about them when they are there. ❤🐾
we have used PP Matthews several times. always friendly, professional and they completely love our Shiba Inu! Kuma absolutely loves them!!!! (and he doesn't like just anyone! )
thank you are all the words I have right now for each and every employee! Since entering pet paradise, from day one we have felt comfortable leaving our pup! I think Trixie enjoys being there more than home (ok maybe its equal to home!)... and she enjoys the time she has with her pup friends. I appreciate the fact that they love her as much as I do and will call with any concerns or questions! I wish I could convey how much we LOVE PET PARADISE MATTHEWS!!
Love the bone-shaped pool here—if your dog is new to water, just ask at the desk and they will have someone on the team personally guide your dog in and help him feel at home. They also take unaltered dogs and give them solo playtime with a human, which has made life so much easier while I wait for my giant pup to mature before we snip next year. Nice people, convenient location and webcams. Dog digs it!

Best and only place i will bring my Crowder! they treat him like family, have plenty of workers supervising and place is so clean! So thankful for this place!! Crowder loves you guys! I drive all the way and even out of the way to drop him off at this specific location in matthews. I live in Lake Wylie, SC. I would recommend them to everyone in the area for their fur baby! I know he is safe with them 💓
First time taking my dogs to Pet Paradise and by looking at the photos they had a blast! They loved pool time and we will be definitely taking them back.
Pet Paradise in Matthews is world class! They have very convenient hours but most importantly the staff is incredible. I truly believe they love our dog like their own. And I love that when I pick him up they all greet me with stories and photos of the goofy things he’s done that day. They are very accommodating and are great about communication. I truly appreciate their work ethic, high level of service and caring. Thank you pet paradise team!
