Kingston went for the first time to see what it was about and had a blast! The staff played with the dogs and handled them all so well the entire time he was there as I watched him on the live webcams. There's a pool for the dogs to go in Freely and they always match the groups of dogs by their size and temperaments. You can get your dog groomed and pay for extra ice cream treats during the day. Needless to say Kingston was wore out when we got home which was a blessing for us all lol he will definitely be going back!
When your dog is happy to jump out of the car and run inside, you know they are in great hands!
We've been boarding our miniature pinscher, Jack, at Pet Paradise in Matthews for the last couple years, and have had a great experience each time! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and Jack comes home exhausted (in a good way) after each boarding. This is the 4th boarding spot we've tried since moving to Charlotte in 2009, and it is BY FAR the best we've experienced. Highly recommend!
We love pet paradise in Matthews! Our dog Maverick goes every time we go out of town and I think he likes it more than our house! The staff is awesome and he gets so much love and attention while he’s there. I’ll never go anywhere else!
Eight weeks ago we rescued Zoe from a kill shelter. We took her home with a lot of problems but to see her playing with the other dogs making friends and her tail up in every picture this was an amazing experience for her and I’m sure that at least once a month she will have a play date here. I cannot say enough how much our dog Freedom LOVES Pet Paradise Matthews! We tell him he’s going to “school” and he goes and gets a tennis ball and bolts to the door and waits by it for us to leave! He absolutely loves the pool and the genuine time the staff spends with him! I love the feature that you can watch him on the camera during working hours..
