We couldn't be happier with pet paradise! Our dog was so well taken care of, and had such a good time. The facility was spotless and staff was amazing. We are long term customers for sure!
The staff at Pet Paradise are absolutely wonderful! Our dog can be somewhat anxious with new people and places, but she instantly warmed to the staff. She loves swimming in the pool and we love being able to watch her on the doggy cams when we are away.
Pet Paradise is absolutely wonderful. We have never put any of our dogs in a kennel. Once I toured Pet Paradise and Cali had a trial visit, we were hooked. She gets a vacation with her friends and we get one too without worrying about her.
Absolutely amazing facility and team. They provide terrific care to our dogs. Totally a first class operation and staff.

Took such great care of my nervous shih-Tzu who has only been boarded 1 other time. With the one on one play time The staff was able to make the most of my pet's vist even with her being nervous. Will definitely bring her back..
Everyone here is so nice, after the first time my dogs visited here everyone new their names and recognizes them as soon as we walk in the door. They take care of all of the dogs as if they are their own. I will always take my dogs here
Pet Paradise, Matthews is an absolute dream for any dog owner. Our Malshipoo puppy, Boomer has been groomed here twice, gone to doggy day camp and will be boarded for his first stay while we go on vacation this summer. The staff is super enthusiastic about what they do and it is obvious from the moment you walk in that they will love your animal and treat them as if they were their own. I can't say enough good things about Pet Paradise in Matthews. They treat our sweet dachshund, Vinny, with love and care, and he's always in wonderful spirits when we pick him up - whether it's after he's boarded there for several days, or just after a day of doggie day camp. All the staff are friendly and truly care about the pets they're charged with. And I LOVE the fact we can check in on Vinny via webcam.
