We have used the Matthews location twice so far. It is conveniently located close to I-485 as well as Independence Blvd. Our dogs have came back happy and seemed to enjoy there stay. You can also view your pups with an app called ODoggy. Because our dogs leave happy and well cared for I would highly recommend this location. The staff is kind and friendly. Thanks Pet Paradise!
This is the best place ever, my dog allie loves it here. the people that work here are wonderful. and are great to your dog. I would never take allie anywhere else. I have also boarded Allie here and everyone was great. You will never go wrong by leaving your baby here. I love these guys judy whisnant
I've been taking my dog to Pet Paradise for several years and have always loved the service they've given my family. The staff truly cares for my dog and treat him as if he's one of their own. my dog can be a special kind of crazy, but I can always trust in the staff to group him with similarly-minded dogs. In the past I took him to places like "Best Friends" and it didn't work out because the dogs were always divided by size (big or little) and not temperament, which became an issue. This dog and cat day care/ boarding facility is such a great place for dogs! My two dogs love Pet Paradise because it offers great amenities such as a doggy pool, grooming salon and full time vet. Additionally the staff is really great and helpful. They are reasonably priced and offer frequent discounts, deals and bundle packages. And on top of it all, the facility offers a live webcam and they often post pictures of your fur-babies while you are away. I highly recommend this facility!

My dog, Oliver, is so excited when he's going to Pet Paradise for the day! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I watch him on the cameras when he's there and I can tell he's having a great time!!!
