It’s already 11, and one of your staff members informed me that the place is still not open. Both Google Maps and the notice on your door state that you open at 11:00, so this is quite confusing. Please ensure the correct opening hours are communicated and updated accurately. I’m quite disappointed with how your staff handled the situation.
Convenient but the area for the cat food, cat products, and cat treats are all way too claustrophobic and squeezy and too low down! Really annoying to have to squat down while squeezing between the rows of shelves while ensuring your belongings don't hit the items behind. Difficult to see the products available for sale due to the narrowness of the layout. Staff told me they're fixing this but I haven't seen any improvements in months. Sarveen from Sixth Avenue PLC was incredibly helpful! I wasn’t sure which carrier to choose, but he patiently explained the different types and made thoughtful recommendations. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up buying two carriers. Really appreciate the great service! If you visit the store, do look for Sarveen if you need help! I’d also like to commend the wonderful grooming services by groomers Michael and Ronali. They handled my furkids patiently and professionally.
Arrived at 9.10pm but they already had their door sign turned to closed. I understand that they wanted to leave work on time, so I did my best to rush. Despite that, the store manager did not even try to hide his annoyance at one time even flaring his nostrils. Looking at the past reviews it seems this behaviour is common so what to do? Maybe you guys should amend your closing time to 9pm otherwise i think we’re allowed to shop with dignity before the stipulated closing time. Meow.
