Official closing time is listed as 9.30pm on both storefront and google. Yet cashier refused to attend to customer at 9.10pm as he wanted to knock off earlier. I think it should be reflected as closing time of 9pm instead so customers are not deceived with wrong timing regarding pet needs.
I always have a great experience at Pet Lovers Centre, but I specifically want to give a massive shoutout to Wang Qun @PLC Jalan Leban. Every single time I visit, he is super helpful, friendly, and attentive. What blew me away was his honesty and incredible memory—I accidentally left my umbrella at the shop and didn't even realize it.
