Young lady with pink highlights with disengaging behaviour lacked the necessary customer service attitude during interaction . Half of the time she’s looking at the screen when enquiring. Also, she could not provide answers to what is being enquired. What a turn off
I would like to thank staff Ting she was very kind and I had a good time shopping here as she assisted me and recommended me food for my cat, she really goes out of her way to help other customers also even though she was busy with helping me she still trying her best to ask other customers if they needed basket. Would also like to commend staff Stefanie for helping answer some last minute questions I had during checkout. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me even though it was busy.
Visited Pet Lovers this morning to buy dog food, and I would like to compliment the young male cashier who attended to me (sorry I didn’t manage to get his name). He was very patient, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. He helped me apply for my Pet Lovers card and also patiently assisted me in setting up the Pet Lovers online account. Really appreciate his good service and positive attitude. Thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one!
Just purchased items for my cat Simba and decided to join the membership. The 2 ladies serving me were excellent. The application and payment processes were fuss free. Will patronise again at the Whitesands branch!!
Whenever I see Chocolate in the store, I will definitely come into the store to buy things for my Corgi. Chocolate is always helpful, friendly and cheerful. Even when she is busy, she always still say hello and greet me. I am Thankful for her service rendered to me.
