Paid £52 over phone for treatment to be sent by post. Was told it would be next day postage. A week later still waiting. Rang and she said it was Carnforth branch. They blatantly lied as I rang them back after I checked my phone. She said sometimes it goes through to Carnforth, so why are you now telling me now it was sent in post 5 days after I paid. I really don't understand why they couldn't just tell me this on my first phone call instead of diverting me ?
Really pleased.. very caring and welcoming. Feel like I could trust them.. after a bad experience with another vet's
