I was recommended John from another pest controller who I couldn't use at the time due to an injury. Could not fault John. He responded quickly and was very professional, courteous and accommodating to fit me into his tight schedule. We phoned John at 0900 on a Saturday due to us being woken up by a very loud noise in our bathroom under the floors. John was here by 1000 and suspected a rat as did we. He very quickly located the entry point and to our surprise there was a lost bird sitting in our pipe. I couldn’t recommend John enough. His service and rates are amazing. Thank you.
