Ian came within the 90mins I called him and dealt with my wasp nest with no messing , he also handed me my door key I'd accidentally left outside in my lock . Like a previous lady commented, it's a worry having pests and to be able to call somebody and for them to help so quickly, it's piece of mind. I will call them next year without hesitation. Thank you
We got in touch with Iain to find and remove a wild snake ,the service and knowledge for him is outstanding, he even had to install camera's to find where is was as it kept on going in to the cavity wall, we was having trouble with our landlord over the snake issue and his knowledge and advice on the laws and tenancy provided excellent as the landlord ended up taking his advice and footed the bill, he kept in touch and even monitored the camera from home and as soon as it was seen he came straight away and found the snake an... read more

Iain was really friendly, and quick to respond to my wasp nest issue. Within 10 minutes he'd responded to my query on whatsapp, and was booked in for the following day. Within 10 minutes of his arrival he had treated the nest. It's only been a few hours and there's no sign of them. Reasonable price and great service. Thanks Iain.
