Katherine is a diamond. Showed me 3 properties this morning and I couldn’t have had a more pleasant time. Worked around me for viewings, communicated all the way through and asked any questions I might have had. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is actually interested in what you want and actually communicates then I can’t recommend them highly enough.
We were the purchasers in our involvement with Pestells. Ray was our agent. We had quite a lot of issues with land borders with separate titles, which was not made clear on the particulars of sale. Rather the land was shown as one piece on the particulars. There were also other issues, the mention of a secondary electric gate to the property however the ‘gate’ has not got planning. Estate agents don’t always get a good reputation however this is absolutely not the case with Ray and Pestell & Co team. We found them completely trustworthy, un-pushy, understanding, accommodating and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. I only wish all estate agents were like Ray and the team!
