Because of an ongoing pigeon infestation, we needed complete bird control for our business premises. Response to a wasp nest in the roof space above the kitchen ceiling was prompt and excellent. Although there was no direct access to the nest, the wasps appeared to depart within a day after a chemical spray was applied to their site of entry.
A few weeks ago, Matti made his first visit to inspect our kitchen and loft for rodents. We heard them approaching for a few days after he put poison down, but we haven't heard anything since. When they returned a second time, they discovered the access point and shut it off, but they were comforting that they wouldn't return. After the second appointment, you receive several years warranty at a great price. Definitely recommend.
