excellent service – We contact Edward Disho whenever problems arise. He always responds immediately. When our dishwasher and air duct needed to be taken care of, in both cases the workmen contacted us within an hour to schedule an appointment, and the problem were sloved in a day or two! We are very much satisfied with his great service.
Efficient/Informative/Responsive – Edward Disho is our contact at Pertria--and he has been quick to respond to any issues, friendly and professional. In the past, I have rented from property managers/owners that either are around too much (intrusive) or not at all (non-responsive)--I find that with Pertria there is a good balance of giving tenants their independence, but at the same time, addressing issues in a prompt/thoughtful manner. Professional people and nice service – I relocated from Texas to Sunnyvale, CA and needed to find a new home for me and my family. I felt very lucky to choose Pertria and it did a pretty good job! you are a grabber – Last year,I move in 3745 miramar way ,santa clara,95051,apartment. It's manager is Bobby. It's a mean manager.Because at that time, the rent everywhere rises so high. So I move in this old and dirty apartment. My deposit is a month rent fee, more than 1000$. There are some drawbacks as following:dirty(office is so far),noise,old. Great experience with Pertria! – My experience at a Pertria property was excellent! Edward Disho was the property manager and he was very helpful and easy to work with from day one. He was courteous, professional, and responded immediately to my questions, issues, maintenance requests, etc. The property was also maintained very well and it was a pleasure living there. My highest recommendation goes to Edward and Pertria.
Very Professional/Explained everything on contract – Pertria is a smaller firm I came across when I was looking for a place for myself I in Mountain View. They had a simple and informative ad on craigslist and I decided to give them a call. Excellent So Far! – My wife and I just relocated back to California for work and needed to find a rental fairly quickly. Long story short, Edward Disho of Pertria has been Great!!! Money Hungry – We've lived in a Pertria managed property for 2 years now. Our agent, Edward, is the worst. I should have known from the first day. We had set up an appointment for our apartment showing & he completely flaked! The second time he was late. But we were desperate for a place & we signed. After living there for a year, they raised our rent which is to be expected after a lease is up. But they raised it by $250/month...all at once! Travis Bertelsen of Pertria. Best real estate agent ever, Pertria is an awesome property manager as well – Travis Bertelsen is very professional, he negotiated an amazing price on my new home. I couldn't be happier. The best part was that I didn't have to do much of anything. Travis even shopped lenders for me and beat the rate I had found on my own.
