Excellent service for renters also – As far as landlords go, this has been my best experience in over 20 years. I have rented from Petria for over 8 years and have worked with Edward Disho for most of that time. Their Los Gatos office is inconvenient for me to get to, but now they have the option of paying rent online. When I have problems at the house a repairman is sent out within 24 hours, usually fixing things to a higher level than they were before. Aaron's a pro – I was the agent representing the buyer of one Aaron Lieben's listings, and he was both an excellent advocate for his clients and a pleasure to work with. Great, full-service agents! – Aaron Lieben of Pertria sold our house in Santa Cruz during the winter of 2010. Immediate Response/Service – Contacted our manager Edward Disho regarding a problem with a noisy pigeon who had made his home outside our bedroom window. He quickly contacted the appropriate person who in turn had the workers out there on a Saturday cleaning out his home and putting up wire and spikes. I am happy to say we do not have any more problems and if we did we know that we are in good hands with Edward Disho at Pertria.
