A few years ago I returned from Reno back to the bay area. It was a challenge to find a nice property at a reasonable price. Edward Disho of Pertria was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He handled our contract negotiations with professionalism and flexibility. When we contacted him even on a holiday (this happened a few times but outside our control) for an urgent repair he was always available and saw to it the matter was dealt with immediately. Edward Disho from Pertria is very easy and efficient to work with. All dealings whether it be repairs or contract negotiations were prompt and competent. When we vacated the property, Pertria did not nitpicked upon ordinary property wear and tear and a full deposit was refunded after we did the necessary cleaning and repairs. I would lease again from Pertria in a heartbeat !

Renting from Pertria was a great experience. They are very professional and whenever there was a problem with the house it was fixed immediately. We have been renters for a long time and Pertria by far has been our best experience. I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience working with Pertria. Someone was always available to answer my calls, and Edward got everything I needed to be taken care of done in good timing. I moved in very close to Christmas and had problems with a few of the drawers in the townhome (older property), and Edward saw to it that I got the help I needed during the week of Christmas. Excellent experience working with Edward and Pertria – My wife and I rented the property managed by Edward with Pertria in 2009. We were extremely happy on our living experience here. We got prompt, professional and wonderful maintainance services within 24 hours and everything was taken good care of under the arrangement of Edward. Great experience so far! – My wife and I are fairly new tenants in a Pertria property. We are in an older place managed by Edward and we've been taken care of so well. When we first moved in, we were having problems with our heater. Edward was attentive and diligent in getting it fixed for us.
