Recently we were fortunate to have personalised care services commissioned to provide end of life care and support to my father in law at home. The care provided was of a very high quality, and and professional standard. All the care staff were extremely caring, kind, thoughtful and respectful. Personalised Care Services were employed at very short notice to help support and care for my mother in law. They hit the ground running and provided an excellent service from day one. They very quickly established a good routine of care and were extremely supportive in accommodating all of our requirements and treating my mother in law with respect at all times. Mu son uses this service and he is always very happy. I'm pleased with the carer time keeping and doing what I tell them to do. I and say I have found the campany that is good.
I have ben with this service for 3 months. I have never met a bunch of nicer people in my life.
We needed support for our aunt and uncle and not being local took a punt with Personalised Care Services and we struck lucky . From the very detailed assessments through to a tailored care package which is 2 x daily 7 days a week the care and support provided is excellent. The team of carers have quickly built a good rapport with S and R who now look forward to the visits . S and R would not be able to be st home without PCS ..thank you ❤️
