Disgusting attitude from the sales representative at this Morpeth branch. Even if they had the house of our dreams I’d avoid her site like the plague. This isn’t our first dealing with her either, all three times we’ve left unhappy with her snobbery and lack of willingness to help. This is the last thing you want from someone who is meant to be there to support you in buying a new home.
The sheer lack of respect from the sales advisor is disgraceful. This is our third run in with the particular sales advisor and each visit has left us more frustrated from the last. The point of a show home is to sell a house to buyers and at 20 past 11 on a Saturday morning for it still not to be open and being told to close the door behind us to keep the heat in for the sales advisor and let me my wife and 2 year old sit in the car in December is madness! Post code snob comes to mind.
Great place
A very attractive and desirable estate. However, we reserved our plot in July 2021 but we've had the completion date deferred 5-6 times so far and its now rescheduled again for 1st-30th April 2022, which again is vague. This will take us to a 9 month wait which we never planned or budgeted for (we are in rented accommodation and also paying for storage).
