Stay well clear. Absolute joke of a house builder - within the first year my house, and several others have flooded due to poor workmanship from their plumbers. Seven months on and my house still isn't right. First of all I was lied to about the house being dried out. There was a lot of water, it had gone deep into the concrete so needed weeks of industrial dryers, not just turning the heating on as they suggested.
