I had a fantastic experience with Ed Schmidt at the Perrysburg Auto Mall. Scott Schmidt is an amazing and very honest, helpful salesman. My father is very untrustworthy most of the time and u must earn his trust and Scott did that 100%. I got a great deal on a used 2015 Volkswagen. Review of the WRECK CENTER only: My brand new Golf GTI was recently hit in a parking lot. I took it to the Wreck Center to have it taken care of. Jim was kind, and a great help in arranging an estimate and appointment. My car was at the Wreck Center for 3 days being repaired - An acceptable repair time. However, my issues are with the results. I would give this a 0 if it allowed me to. My mother and I came to the VW dealership at about 7:30pm on 5/3/17. Not only were we not greeted by the lady behind the counter, we were never approached by anyone to ask if we needed help. We were in there for about 10 minutes before we walked out. The girl behind the counter was playing on her phone, as another guy in his office was watching a tv show/movie on his computer. Will not recommend nor be returning. Will take my money elsewhere.
