All my lights and cruise control stoped working while i was in Perrysburg so i stopped in and they took a look at at and said some fuses and bulbs where blown. Ok no big deal. They then charged me two diagnostic charges and overpriced light bulbs. Wouldnt let me have my car until i paid over $200 dollars. They said because there were two fuses blown that they "had" to charge me double. What the hell people, thats ridiculous.
Matt from Cronin in BG is the man got me in the truck I wanted for less the other dealerships. Thanks Matt for getting me the best deal around. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with.
Great customer service from everyone we encountered. Brian in used sales was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. This dealership is 3 hours from our home, but we'd do it again!
