I would give this a 0 if it allowed me to. My mother and I came to the VW dealership at about 7:30pm on 5/3/17. Not only were we not greeted by the lady behind the counter, we were never approached by anyone to ask if we needed help. We were in there for about 10 minutes before we walked out. The girl behind the counter was playing on her phone, as another guy in his office was watching a tv show/movie on his computer. Will not recommend nor be returning. Will take my money elsewhere.
Posted on behalf of Aaron Hendriksen: Arrived at the dealer and was immediately greeted. I worked with Brian as Nick, my original sales person, was off for the day. I was original supposed to work with Nick but do to an unplanned schedule change on my part I had to come in early. Brian was able to get me the vehicle I wanted without any issues. We were coming from nearly 2hrs away and wanted to make sure the Honda Odyssey we wanted wasn't in rough condition. An Audi dealer about 45min from us talked up an Odyssey we wanted to look at and when we got there there was a lot of damages you couldn't see in the pictures. Both of the used vehicles we bought from this dealership were "prepped" with a color wax to hide defects. Three rains later your car looks like it was pelted with rocks or hail. Transmission problems in one vehicle a year later. Valve problems with the other vehicle. I even got screwed by Karen the vending lady at their place after stocking her machines for a week at the Perrysburg Automall she refused pay me for work there too. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I found the car that I didn't know that I wanted. Called the dealership up and was greeted politely and had all of me questions answered. I was soon test driving it without being pushed into feeling uncomfortable. A few days later, I was the proud owner of that car. All the guys and girls was ready to help with my questions. Matt Ovens from BG is by far the best car salesmen I've ever encountered! Not only did he help my boyfriend get his dream car, he also helped me trade in my car to get an SUV! I would recommend him to anyone.
