I bought a 2009 traverse 2 months after buying it timing chains went bad in the engine. there was a recall and was never told when we bought it. so when the timing chains went out it was over the recall mileage dropped a new engine in it. Then had to take it back in to have them fix the lifts in the engine tried to charge me for that to. Ever sense I got it back other things are going out in the car convent right. Really disappointed to just find out after purchasing a truck on Memorial Day weekend that the frame is completely rotted out. After asking multiple times if the truck was structurally sound because I did not have the money to just throw away. Seems like that’s something that wouldn’t have been overlooked before putting on the lot. No doubt in my mind that it was known when selling to me. Class act.

RecommendedAlways honest up front with me. I had an estimate on repairs to my Bug from a car repair shop. I brought the estimate to Perrysburg. They went through it and my car thoroughly. The repairs turned out to be less. They actually showed me the wrong parts said repair shop put on my vehicle. They ordered correct parts, gave me a rental, fixed the problem, and I was on my way! 👍🏼
BIG Shout Out to Ed Schmidt GMC of Perrysburg. In Ohio visiting family and had car problems on day of scheduled return to Tennessee.
