Asked for a £50 bunch of flowers for my mother’s birthday. Was in a rush collecting. Got to my mother’s and the bunch had 7 flowers in it. Bit of green foliage. Would have got better value in Marks and Spencer’s. Feel ripped off.

Ordered from NZ, a bunch of florists choice for our teenage daughter who had just arrived in the UK. They arrived on time, and were very pretty. We are very happy with the product and the service. Thank you for making our daughter feel special.

I recently received a Deluxe flower arrangement however, I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers. Despite following care instructions, they began wilting within just a couple of days, which was surprising for such a high-end arrangement. I've had supermarket flowers last longer! Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. Also, the arrangement used smaller flowers than I expected, making it look more like a standard size rather than the fuller, impressive look I’ve had from other florists at this price point.
