I was a bit worried at first given the google reviews but some locals shared some positive experiences of his help with our water heating system. John communicated thoroughly before, during and after the inspection and service and explained what had gone wrong, stayed extra to fix the issues that he found, and it seems to my untrained eye that his repairs worked as my system isn’t running all the time when it shouldn’t be! Thanks John!!
Due to a last-minute emergency, we had to trust to leave John alone in the flat to fix some issues with the boiler. However, he felt the freedom to use my personal toilet, without permission, leaving it in a bad status with dirty loo and sticky seat & floor, and even a dirty wipe left in the wipes’ packaging which was really unpleasant to find when back.
I knew John since 2019 and he has been providing me with satisfactory plumbing services on taps, sinks, possible leakages and boiler services. John is responsible and professional with uncompromising standards. John came to have my electric cylinder serviced and repaired last week. He asked questions over the phone to clarify the situation, and provided initial suggestions. John demonstrated an exceptional knowledge to resolve my heating issues. I'd been going around the houses trying to find someone who could fix my cylinder and radiator. On multiple times I had been let down by cowboys. John was able to diagnose the system on the phone before charging me for a call out. He fixed my radiator, updated my supplies as I requested, educated me around maintenance, and provided the relevant certificates I needed.
John regularly services our boiler and is my go to man for any plumbing jobs as his work, price and communication is outstanding. He always keeps you informed regarding costs and sends fantastic videos of what is going on. Absolutely no idea how you could review him badly as I have never had anything but a first class service! Despite our surnames being the same we are not related! If we were I'd still pay! 😁
