One of the most helpful practices I've consulted so far
The front desk (one lady in particular) keeps harassing me about insurance, although my plan is active. While I understand where they’re coming from it’s extremely annoying.
I have had a great experience with all my appointments here. The appointments have been smooth and efficient, and the equipment is modern and we get great images and results. Dr.Kramer is very experienced and knowledgeable.
The doctors over there are wonderfull but the front staffs are terrible without sympathy to my wife, a 35-week-pregnant woman. Our appointment got canceled because we made it there 15 mins late due to bad traffic. We were hhapy o rearraged other appointment in the next 2 days and got canceled again because my wife had our 5-year-old son with her to the appointment. I am now a former patient but have gone here for my first and second pregnancy. I will start by saying that the majority of the doctors here are wonderful. However, Dr. Kramer was one of the most disappointing doctors I have ever had. Every time I saw him, his rude and unnecessary comments, mainly about my weight, would ruin my entire visit.
