Excellent customer service.
I recently took my 2012 Corolla into the Bountiful dealership for a recall on an airbag. I didn't have an appointment or anything but they kindly checked for parts and got to work on my car. During the process, they found some concerning things and recommended some additional services. I was quite glad for this since I had no idea my car was in that bad of shape. This may seem routine and standard procedure but they didn't have to any of that for someone who showed up out of the blue like I did.
1. NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY. They DO NOT and will not accommodate disabled people. Do not go here if you’re disabled. I started my very first conversation with them by explaining what I needed help with. They just blew it off. They only cared about the sale. 2. They are NOT honest and will lie relentlessly to you. They don’t collaborate on their stories and therefore, they refute each other. 3. They will NOT get your credit application correct. 4. They will make fun of and mock you if you’re disabled. They were polite and professional. Oil changes and tire rotations are not rocket science but getting me in and out quickly is. They did a great job.
Had a good experience on my service visit. Was there maybe an hour and a half to get oil changed & tires rotated.
I took my car in because of a warning message. by the time i got into the dealership, the warning light had gone out. i asked them to run a diagnostic on it anyway. Although it isn't covered by the warranty, they did a complete diagnostic, and checked over the entire car to make sure everything was in working order. Toyota Bountiful does not take shortcuts when it comes to your safety. they always do a thorough job. I trust them with my car.
I love to take my car to their service department even though I have to drive 85 miles to do so. I’ve never seen a repair shop so clean and well appointed with courteous and knowledgeable service agents just wanting to do the very best job for me. It’s so clean you can eat off the floor.
